I bought a Karbonn Tablet to use it for video calling via Skype. However, I was indeed disappointed when customer care confirmed that it does not support Skype. I tried pre-installed Google Talk version 4.0.3 which is meant for voice and video chat, unfortunately, even Gtalk is not serving the purpose. Attempted to download and install other voice/video chat apps like Tango, even those didn’t work as the tablet is not compatible with any of the video calling apps. Please suggest appropriate video calling apps which is compatible with the Karbonn Tablet. Thanks. |

Hello Moderator, Can I ask you a question. I know you’ve removed my previous review. Why is it that Karbonn is not giving any support to its customers. There are several people who got issues with their tablet and there is no response from Karbonn. What am I supposed to do with the tab, throw it garbage can? Since you got this website promoting Karbonn smart tab, you should have some responsibility to inform Karbonn to provide some support to customers. No response by email, toll free numbers and service centers deny any support for the smart tab. You cannot just get a tablet from China, brand it and sell it in India like that without any support. You please check other forums, there are lots of helpless customers looking for support. Please reply to my mail ID. |

If you looking at this Tablet as a gaming console then forget about it. Specs look only good on paper, in real its a joke. Majority of the HD games are not supported. |

I got the Karbonn smart tab 2 days back and I’m pretty much disappointed with it. Following the cons and pros that I found out, let me first start with Cons Cons Pros Conclusion. You’ve to make a lot of compromises with these budget tablets. Micromax and HCL Me are almost similar to Karboon smart tab and will have almost all of the cons that I’ve mentioned above. Please do not have any high expectations from these budget tablets. |
If your tablet is not working and you are looking to get it repaired then check out the nearest service center.
If these complains made you think whether to buy the Karbonn tab or not, then check out the new Karbonn ST4 Tablet which is supposed to be released in September and will run on latest Android 4.1 OS.
My smart tab 1 is locked due to too many attempts of pattern and now it is asking for gmail id and password for password recovery but the problem is that the wifi is off and no dongle installed on it so plz tell me any way so that i can unlock my device…

I got karbonn tab2 but found that many app on installing shows not compatible on your device also video &audio calling doesn’work.
Disappointed to purchase this device.
I got Karbonn 10 inch tablet, all of a sudden the system is locked , and I am not able to open, the touch screen behaves differently.
I bought Smart Tab 10 , When I tries to connect to Windows 8 thro USB Provision. The Tablet is displayed as Expansion Drive. If I connect to eclipse and try to detect the device, unable to detect.
Note :- I found in Device Manager setting Karbon is detected as Other Devices, Andorid device.. Asking for drivers. Please let me know how to proceed

I had purchased a Karbonn Smart Tab 9 marvel in Nov 2012. After a couple of days of using it, it hanged up at the starting screen. I took it to an authorized service center of yours and got it serviced. The same thing has repeated about 4-5 times within a day or two after coming back from the service center. What am i supposed to do with it now??? If you can’t correct your tab after 4-5 iterations also what should we do with it?

I downloaded to wifi some error are viewed ” Error = Usb Couldn’t installed and appication temperely stop error on viewed some other application. So Kindly Solved the problem. Suposed if you not solve this problem Don’t Sale it and cheat me the peoples. i need to the solutions and retified the error
1 . long application are downloaded maximum 30 to 60 mb files error on viwed ” USB Coul’d not Installed
2. any application are games are open ” Error on Temperely stopped
I bought this tablet 2 months back from Flipkart and it is stopped working last week. Whenever I try to start it gets hanged and not able login, worst experience with Flipkart and Karbonn. To add to that there are no authorized service center for Karbonn in Bangalore, if I try to call the service centers from warranty document or from Karbonn site, I am getting reply they stopped the servicing for Karbonn. Now I don’t know whom to contact for servicing.
Could you please help me with Karbonn service center details in Bangalore.

I have purchased Smart tab 2 from India. But I cannot connect dongle due to the APN option is off. Only listed modem there no new modem cannot recognized.
Please help me how to unlock the APN option.
