I have a major problem in viewing videos in my smart tab 2 10inch. The video frame height becomes very small/compressed & video looks stretched. To resolve this problem l have to reset the tablet. After resetting the videos work fine for some days & same issue repeats. Resetting is not a solution for this problem as I loose all apps. Has anybody come across similar problem?
I found these problem in my jelly bean karbonn smart 2:
1. It able to send files through Bluetooth but can’t receive any files
2. Same of my applications was work well in Android 2.2 now not working in karbonn
3. Some games also not work
Unable to transfer files from tablet to samsung phone via bluethoot and vice versa.
Please help on this issue.
I have bought Karbonn tab2 with jelly bean on 4th of this month. But fed up with the performance. Issue are: Bluetooth problem, restart while connecting WIFI with reliance broad band. frequent restart.
after using my tab for two weeks ,it went dead….cannot turn on,,,what to do,,,pls?
Last week I bought karbon smart tab 2…. its not smart tab its only waste tab.
1) adobe flash player is not work working
2)lots of applications are not supporting
3)lots of famous games are also not supporting(temple run, candycrushsaga…etc)
4)sound also not quality one.
5)restarting while switch on.
6)inbuilt Skype not working..
I had purchased Karbonn Smart Tab ST2 from Amit Mobiles,Ludhiana,on 26 Sept.2012;for Rs. 7100/-.only. { IMEI : ST2I007801}
From the day I started using it on Ist Jan.2013 [As I had a feeling to start using from the New Year day] It got struck the Touch screen did not respond It was not being unlocked.I submitted it with the Karbonn’s Service centre {M/s Dhir Electronics,near Div. No. 3,Ludhiana] They had sent it to Delhi.
I received it back after One month;I was told that its circuit plate has been replaced by a new one WITH “JELLY -BEANS ” software.
1. I installed a few applications most of them were SHOWN ” UNFORTUNATELY STOPPED WORKING”.
2. ALL media files were running at a ‘nearly’ NON- AUDIBLE volume[sound].
3. It {TABLET} was again deposited at the same service centre this volume /sound defect was repaired by them after two days.
4. i) Now the tab. gets HUNG again and again.
ii) The BLUE TOOTH Transfer is not at all working.It neither can send nor receive any file from any device i.e. Mobile phone, My computer.
5. Most of Applications [though shown compatible with the device;Tab. by Google Play] are SHOWN “UNFORTUNATELY STOPPED WORKING..
Now Today I have again Deposited it With The Service centre” DHIR ELECTRONICS” they have told me that it will be sent to Delhi AGAIN.
Now I request the KARBONN MOBILES company to
Either repair my device properly/thoruoghly with ALL DEFECTS FULLY REMOVED OR REFUND MY MONEY Rs.7100/- and keep the defective..poor functional device with them only
If the Company does not remove all the problem of the Smart Tab.ST2;all the customers ; who are facing problem after purchasing this poor performing Tab. must approach “CONSUMER FORUM”;to get justice.It is a case of ‘NAAM BARRAY AUR DARSHAN CCHOTEY”. Our money spent on buying the Tab. is not HARAAM KI KAMAAYEE;Jiss ko Company aaraam se Kha kar DAKAAR jaaye. Either the company should REPLACE with a new FULLY PERFORMING/FUNCTIONAL NEW TAB. or REFund our money;keeping their POOR TAB. with THEM ONLY.
