In case if your tablet is not working and leaves you wondering where to go for the repair job. Then the good news is, the tablet comes with one year warranty and hence can be repaired for free in that time. In case if it cannot be repaired then it will be replaced.It will be good if you call the service center before hand, just make a call to confirm if the service center is open.

    hi…I bought a new karbon tab but dont know how to use it anybody can send me proccedure to use it properlly.

    • you can scroll through the device options through your finger touches. click on pre installed applications like games and files, camera or browse the web through a simple touch. write back if you face any problems

    • Go to Vodafone gallery . If you are using Karbonn smart tab 3 blade then sorry it only supports Tata photon and Reliance net connect.

    I have purchased a Karbonn Tablet on 4.04.2013 from Reliance Digital world,Allahabad. I was not satisfied with the battery and poor performance. When I returned from my business tour, I visited R-digital Allahabad on 17.04.2013 with the tab and discussed the issue with the them. They assured the same will be rectified within two three days. I visited them after two days and I was told that it needs to be sent to the Allahabad service centre. I told them to do so and generate a duplicate invoice if the need be. They told that it will be back in next 3-4 days duly updated and new battery. It’s 9th May2013 and I haven’t got the set as yet and nobody is taking the responsibility of delay and pain caused due to their negligence. When I tried to contact Mr. Santosh Sharma (09919906681) from 8th April but it was found switched off. I am very frustrated that they are neither addressing the issue nor issuing any DO Letter so that I can replaced with the other options. It is very irresponsible approach & unprofessional approach from both the parties(r-digital Allahabad and Karbonn Service centre,Allahabad. I have no option but to go to Court of Law for relief.
    Very disappointed from product and services………….

    I brought a Karbon Smart Tab 3 from Flipkart through only deals ,however the audio output is noisy and not low volume.I request the dealer to replace it for me or refund me.

I have purchased Karbonn Tablet 3 months back and its not working properly…. power is not switching on and have to try for more than 30 minutes to get it on… also battery is drained out with in 2 to 3 hr with a minimum usage…. suggest some solution…. can i get it serviced anywhere near electronic city Bangalore

    I have carbonn TAB 10. Touch screen is not working when we hold the TAB vertically. I have been trying to contact the service centre mentioned in Warrenty card but none of the nos are existing. It looks these people are only interested ins elling the product and least bothered about post sale service. When I tried calling the Toll Free no there is no answer.

    Please provide the contact details of service centre in Mumbai near Borivai.

  17. my wife purchased your tablet ST10 /DUPLE SERIES in jan 2013 from Sangeetha on BEL Rd. The touch screen has gone phut since over a month. Sangeetha refuses to help us and wants us to go to the service center. But where is the service center in Bangalore? Your tab on the cover box says Indira nagar, but a dealer says rajaji nagar. You say in very fine print Toll free No 080-40894888, but TF Nos are cell phones with 1-800-…….We are sr citizens and find your products and services (we had bought your mobile phone earlier) unreliable and unhelpful. Before posting our experience online, I would appreciate if your service mgr could talk to me and resolve my problems with the Tablet. My No is 9945270740 – jawahar

    I purchased a Karbonn smart Tab 8 -Velox through indiatimes shopping (online shopping) on 25th Aug-13. I had a problem within one month and approached the local authorized service center at Chennai with the bill of purchase. They said the IMEI number of my Tab is not updated in system and cannot be processed for servicing under warranty basis. The service center highlighted this (IMEI not updated) problem to Karbonn head office and subsequently I wrote mails to customer service center. It is mandatory the IMEI no is updated in system before selling out from factory. Unfortunately neither the service center nor I have received positive reply from Karbonn in spite of no of followups. This shows Karbonn is least bothered / poor performance on customer redress . Ultimately I have been cheated by Karbonn and deeply extend my anguish.

  19. hi..i have bought a karbonn tablet last month,after i bought that it was running smoothly but after using it for two weeks my phone starts hanging up and also switched it off by itself and every time when i charge my phone it heats up quickly on the screen n also different colours appear on the screen n then it switched off again after that my phone display was gone and that time i went to that shop where ive bought that phone and when i ask the shopkeeper what is wrong in it but the shopkeeper said that he dont know and he also said that he cannot fixed it so plz tell me what should i do??

    I’ve purchased a tablet Karbonn A39 HD TA fone / Kommunicate 3G (Android v 4.1 Jelly Bean)on 3-11-2013 from Reliance Digital shop, Halwasia Market, Hazratganj, Lucknow. The battery of the tab is very poor and needed to be recharged very frequently. Your service centre at Sri Ram Tower, Hazratganj Lucknow did not entertain my complain. I’m very disappointed. I request you to please replace my battery.

Said tablet shows connected to Belkin a8f and indicating obtaining IP address, But not obtaing IP add. hence not getting screen of Hathway for putting Id and pass word. Please suggest solution.

    I purchased Karbonn cosmic 10″ smart tab from Filpkart on 14/03/2014 but after few months it stop working…like after switching the start button, KARBONN logo appears and hanged and never forwards. Due to this reason, I send it to Karbonn authorized service center at SYSTEM SOLUTION (Prop. Pintu Saha) at Barrackpore (WEST BENGAL) on 15/10/2014. But I have to returned the tab back on 10/12/2014 because this service Centre can not solve the problem. They said (System Solution) due to software problem they can not repair it and this type software is not available at this moment.

    Please suggest me, what should I further next? It should be mentioned here that on the back side of this tab the following number is marked :
